Let’s take one model LP-450B for example to show you how it works?
Above picture is model LP-450B for packing cherry tomatoes with tray into plastic bag.
It consist of 5 parts: in feed conveyor , Film feeding part , center sealing part ,end sealing part ,output conveyor
It’s controlled by three servo motors, which make sure it can run stable and smart. All parts contact with product are made of SS304, or other food grade material.Below is to show you details of each part:
1. in feed conveyor
This is in feed conveyor with chain combination, the pusher for pushing product is designed based on product height and product width.
Therefore, the product size are very important for us to confirm the machine model.
If you have one product into one bag, just put one product in front of the pusher, if you need to put 2 product into the bag, then put 2 product into front of the pusher;
This in feed conveyor is controlled by one individual servo motor, so it can run individually. It can also apply to the no product, no pack function , which can save material from empty bag.
2.Film feeding part
Put the film roll on film roller, and wear the film on, go through date printer, bag former,and to the end sealing. The max film width for the LP-450B model is 450MM.
There are 2 way to set the bag length.If the film has color mark on, turn on color mark tracking function on touch screen. the photocell will measure the bag length according to the distance between two color mark, then the machine will cut the film as the distance between 2 color mark.
If the film doesn't have color mark on, you just need to set the bag length on the touch screen;
3.center sealing Part
It consist of film feeding wheels, center sealing bar for heating, and center sealing wheels; The center sealing unit will open automatically when the machine stop, so that the film will not get thaw by the heating unit;
Temperature Controller, the green light displays the current temperature. We could set the sealing temperature by a button, the sealing temperature we set depends on the film material and packing speed.
For example, we need to set higher temperature when sealing the same film material at higher packing speed;
4.end sealing Part/ output conveyor
The standard machine can pack max 7 cm height product, we can modify the machine to pack higher product according to customers request.
The entire machine is equipped with 3 servo motor. So the machine is working accurately with less maintence.
It's easy to use touch screen set parameter and very convenient to pack different products.
