A. Failure analysis
Electromagnetic switches, solenoid valves, relays, motors and fuel injectors on the electronically controlled engine will emit a
fixed sound. If the sound becomes smaller, the sound is irregular, or there is no sound at all, it can be determined that the device or the circuit is faulty
B. Check items before troubleshooting
(1) Check whether each fuse is damaged.
(2) Check whether the high pressure is normal.
(3) Check whether the connection of the wires of the electronic control system is in good condition, and whether there is looseness, disconnection and falling off, especially the plug-in part.
(4) Check the air filter and gasoline filter, check the filter element and its surroundings for dirt, impurities and pollutants, clean and replace the filter element if necessary.
(5) Check whether the vacuum pipes are leaking, blocked and poorly connected, and whether the vacuum hoses are damaged and aged.
(6) Check whether the fuel injector is dirty and whether the fuel injection pressure is within the specified range.
(7) Check each sensor and actuator for obvious damage.
(8) Check whether there is leakage at the intake and exhaust manifold and oxygen sensor, and whether there is leakage in the fuel pipeline when the engine is running.
(9) Check whether the pressure of each cylinder is within the specified range.
(10) Listen to the engine for abnormal noise.
On the basis of completing the above inspection, use the basic working principle of the engine and the principle of electronically controlled injection to conduct a scientific and comprehensive analysis from the oil circuit, circuit and gas circuit. Do everything possible to find the factors associated with the failure. In line with the principle of from simple to complex, from easy to difficult, from outside to inside, and then find the real cause of the failure, and try to eliminate it.
